These Terms govern the relationship between BuzAI Solutions ("BuzAI", "we") and the client ("you") engaging our AI deployment services. BuzAI Solutions is registered in the Netherlands under KVK 98635352.
BuzAI provides the AI Operations Sprint — a 30-day engagement to deploy one custom AI agent in the Client's operational environment. Scope, target process, success criteria, and deliverables are defined in a written Statement of Work agreed before the engagement begins.
BuzAI guarantees that the AI agent will be running autonomously in the agreed process by Day 30. If this condition is not met, BuzAI will refund 100% of the engagement fee — no conditions, no penalties.
The guarantee applies when the Client has provided timely system access, the agreed process has not changed materially, and the Client has participated in the required sessions.
All custom code, agents, and documentation created during the engagement become the property of the Client upon full payment. BuzAI retains the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
BuzAI deploys agents on Client infrastructure or Client-approved EU-hosted environments. BuzAI does not retain system access after the engagement ends, except during the 30-day post-launch support period.
BuzAI's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. BuzAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dordrecht, Netherlands.
